This TRANQUIL, SPACIOUS yet COMFORTABLE, TROPICAL HAVEN has 3 splendid bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The strikingly, BEAUTIFUL, fenced, backyard has an inviting 15′ x 30′ POOL, surrounded by exquisite and aromatic TROPICAL PLANTS, which gives you all the PRIVACY you need. Along with the large living room, pleasant dining room and adorable kitchen, there is also a lovely TV/GARDEN ROOM, and a quiet, private DEN/OFFICE, with complimentary WIFI internet. This stunningly cozy house is attractively furnished, and can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED Policies. You must be 25 yrs. or older to rent. Proof of age and ID required.
The house has an appealing location which is close to the BEACH, GOLFING, BOATING, FISHING, SAILING, PARA-SAILING, BIKING, MINIATURE GOLF, MOVIE THEATERS, a variety of fabulous RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING and other CAPTIVATING entertainment. For the GOLFERS, there are 14 golf courses nearby! For the children, there is the enchanting Celebration Station (kid’s amusement park) and the fantastic Clearwater Aquarium – home to “Winter”, the dolphin that was featured in the film “Dolphin’s Tale” and “Dolphin’s Tale 2”.
It is only a 20 -25 minute drive east to TAMPA, which has many SUPERB ATTRACTIONS, including MAGNIFICENT museums, sporting events, and BUSCH GARDENS. St. Petersburg is a 20-25 minute drive south, with IMPRESSIVE shops, restaurants, and also the SALVATORE DALI Museum. A 1-1/2 hr. drive to ORLANDO allows you to take a SPECTACULAR day trip to DISNEYWORLD or EPCOT CENTER. TARPON SPRINGS with it PICTURESQUE GREEK VILLAGE, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, and sponge docks are about 30 mins. away.

AREA DESCRIPTION:
This house is located only a short drive to the beach. A 5-6 minute drive (or a nice bike ride or jog), west on Gulf to Bay Blvd. (Hwy 60), has you at the beach’s Pier 60, with all the entertainment and shopping, in no time at all! It is close to other attractions, entertainment, restaurants, bicycle rentals, shopping, pharmacies, health food stores and supermarkets. An easy drive to Tampa or St. Petersburg allows you to explore the main attractions of those areas. Many golf courses, as well as boating and fishing are near-by. It’s a wonderful area for a nice, relaxing vacation for all!
